Job Description :

Solving incident and change requests relating to SAP SD/MM which are opened in the ticketing system.
Updating the status of the incident and change requests in the ticketing tool.
Training the end users in SAP SD/MM.
Involving in testing of SAP changes as guided by the functional consultant.
Provide on-call support as needed

Skills Required :

Minimum 2 years , of experience in SAP SD/MM
Ability to effectively influence the stakeholder
Proficiency & comfort with numbers
Effective communication verbal , written , Presentation & analytical skills
Good Knowledge in Sales process
Good knowledge in Purchasing, Inventory management & subcontracting
Analytical skills based on SD & MM Data
