Stage E- Tracks in focus
Electric mobile crushing plants or E-tracks are being used for National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) projects. Road contractors opt for the electric mobile crushing plant whenever aggregates shape is the priority. Propel Vertical Shaft Impactor (VSI) design aids excellent shaping of aggregates with least operating cost. It is a double delight for the customer when the same was extended to the E-tracks of VSI.
THE PROJECT
We cherish our association with M/s ORN Infrastructure (formerly R. N Nayak& Sons). We successfully commissioned a three stage 250 TPH hybrid electrical mobile plant ( e-tracks) at ORN Infra, Dindigul.
We offered a state-of-the-art 3 stage e-mobile C & S plant on crawler for NHAI four lane expansion project in Oddanchatram, Dindigul, Tamil Nadu.
The three stage plant comprises of
- Track Mounted Jaw crusher (TMJ 811)
- Track Mounted VSI (TMV 200)
- Track Mounted Cone crusher (TMC Q250)
- Track Mounted Screen (TMS 1861-4deck)
Propel e-Track comes with 5-unique chassis layout for 7-outputs in a single pass. Now, Propel 3-stage electric crawler plant has become a part of Bharatmala Pariyojana Phase-1 project, NH209, which contributes to a total length of 36km in the state of Tamilnadu (Kamlapuram to Oddanchatram).
THE CHALLENGE
We took up the challenge to deliver 50% of the fine aggregates (-20mm) by using Propel e-tracks, within a year.
ADVANTAGES OF ELECTRICAL TRACK MOUNTED -VSI
- Variable rotor speed with multiport options
- Gives more flexibility to the operator
- Economical
- Meets the NHAI requirements
- Gets activated with a single touch
- Fines generation is controlled in a smart way
- Well accepted for road projects and dam constructions
THE PROPEL SOLUTION
The mobility of the final stage of thee-track VSI gives way to different layouts of the plant. With variable layout, the feed material changes and the output product characteristics is handled with ease.
The world's first four deck track mounted screen provides cushion for the final product sieve characteristics in the different zones of MoRTH standards. The M-sand is being used in the high-grade concrete production after getting approval from the quality consultants of NHAI. E-track plant availability of up to 90% makes customers opt for Propel.
Propel e-track 3-stage plan produced more than 1.6 lakhs ton high grade aggregates before the due date and this has become a benchmark for this segment. Least fuel consumption in hybrid e-tracks is an added advantage.
