Job Description :

Solving incident and change requests relating to SAP SD/MM which are opened in the ticketing system.
Updating the status of the incident and change requests in the ticketing tool.
Training the end users.
Involving in testing of SAP changes as guided by the functional consultant.
Provide on-call support as needed

Skills Required :

Minimum 0 years, of experience in
Ability to effectively influence the stakeholder
Proficiency & comfort with numbers
Effective communication verbal, written a presentation & Analytical skills
Knowledge in Sales process
knowledge in Purchasing, Inventory management & subcontracting
ERP understanding
