Job Description :

Responsible for achievement of agreed targets in the Corporate & Retail
Develop sales plans and objectives for the customer base for the assigned region.
Market Mapping and Business development activities
Growing top-line revenue and sustainability through direct personal customer service management and value selling
Co-ordinate with Project, Spare and Service personal ensuring the best and smooth customer service
Maintain a team-working environment through all levels of management ,peers & dealer and its team
On aftermarket issues to ensure all issues are settled in a timely manner
Provides the company with regular status reports on business activities, opportunity development, and overall satisfaction of the customer base
Ensures that all activities are carried out in accordance with Company Values and current Company Policies and Procedures

Skills Required :

Experience in Sales (Direct /Dealer ) in respective location preferably from crushing industry or Construction Equipment/ Road Construction.
Negotiation skills

Job Location: Kolkata, Delhi, Pune, Kolhapur, TamilNadu, Karnataka and Kerala.

Experience: 6-12 years

Qualification: Any Engineering Degree
